Kev Troughton

Kev was born in Oxford, England, but not in one of the posh bits! He now lives in Lincoln, within easy reach of many of his favorite places: the coffee shop, the Theatre, the climbing wall, tennis club, and gym.

As well as being a writer, he is a teacher, actor, and theatre director. In 2010, he won the Guardian Newspaper’s New Writers from Minority Backgrounds competition. He has written articles for the Guardian, short stories, and two full-length plays. Straight Boy Roommate is his first novel.
